I have a question - how can I contact you?

Customer service is something we take very seriously at The Armoury and we would love to hear from you for any reason. Please visit our Contact Us page for the best methods to get in touch with us.

I just placed an order online. How long will it take to be processed and dispatched?

We appreciate your patience when shopping with us. Orders for available merchandise are typically fulfilled the same business day if the order is received before 3:00pm EST. We aim to fulfill all orders placed online within 48 hours. Please note that during promotions and public holidays there may be delays in fulfillment. Please see our shipping section below for more information on our shipping policies.

How can I track my online order?

Upon completing the online checkout process you will receive an email with a confirmation of your order that details items ordered, sizes, colors, quantities, and billing and shipping addresses. Once your order has been received by us, confirmed, & dispatched, you will receive another email with your tracking number.

Can I change my online order once it has been placed?

We do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations to orders whenever possible. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.

What types of payment does The Armoury accept?

For online orders we accept credit card payments through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, & Diners Club.  We also accept payment through Paypal and Apple Pay. Additionally, we accept cash in our physical locations.

Do I need to pay tax on my order?

Domestic orders shipped within the state of New York are charged the appropriate state, city, or county sales tax. International orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). As such, clients are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred from importing goods internationally.

Do you offer tailoring services for orders placed online?

Absolutely. If you purchase an item online that you would like to have altered, contact us as soon as possible to request your alterations. Any alterations made to products after purchase make them final sale, unavailable for returns or exchanges.

I saw a product on your website but I can’t find it anymore. How would I go about purchasing it?

If you can’t find a product listed for sale on our website we are here to help you find it or create something just like it with our unique custom options. Feel free to contact us with any inquiries.
